We are all lucky to have each other as family and still enjoy spending time together. My husband Bob is my best friend!!
I am a Breast Cancer Survivor. I want to help other people so that they will
NEVER
Have to go through cancer.
You are stronger than cancer.
You are Beautiful!
I Believe staying in a positive situation in your body is very important. Think of it as a calming of the cancer within. Remember the saying “killing with kindness”. You will then win with out actually fighting. I think that looking to the future and feeling that you are going to make it is important. I have to be honest I never thought that I would not get through the experience of having cancer. I call it an experience because after you get through it you will look back at having cancer as an experience in your life that will make you stronger, better and living life to the fullest. You have to really believe that you are going to make it!! There are many times in life that will challenge you. I think staying as positive as you can and learning from it and moving on Yes Moving on… Do not get hung up on the negative in anything look to the future and be positive. You are going to be Great!!!
Before I had cancer I thought I was eating healthful, I exercised almost everyday and had a great life. I did have some signs that something was not right and did question my health care physician about it. I have learned that you know your body more than anyone. If you think something is wrong then you might be right. Keep asking questions..
In 2008 (Big Karaoke party coming in 2018) I was diagnosed with an aggressive Breast Cancer my tumor was Her 2 positive and then developed into Inflammatory Breast cancer ~ Stage 4. I can not tell you how many times I asked my Oncologists what stage am I?? As if that was going to define the outcome of my illness. Do not get hung up on the Stage of your cancer. From my experience I have learned to just think POSITIVE!! I was very lucky and fortunate to have so many loving friends and family members praying for me~ I BELIEVE in the power of prayer!
Also with staying positive I feel eating for health is a big part of your success. I have been reading information on health and nutrition for years and find the information fascinating!! I decided to go back to school to learn even more. I received my Nutrition Consultant Certificate with Honors in 2014 from Bauman College in Berkely, California. On my website I would like to share information that I have learned on my health journey. I hope that you will find the information helpful and useful in obtaining opitmal health. **I am not a medical professional so you should always check with a health care professional when taking any new supplements or if you feel you have a health issue.
With Peace and Love to you all!
