Anit-Inflammatory Smoothie

  • Organic Lettuce- Can use romaine, baby greens, and red & green swiss chard 

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 handful of walnuts

  • 1/2 inch fresh organic ginger root, peeled

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed

  • 1 tablespoon hempseeds

  • 1 teasppon cinnamon

  • Blend all of the above ingredients and enjoy a delicous start to your day.
